Instructions for HICOTE-ET Construction

Preparation

- Be sure that basic constructions for ceiling sections such as duct/pipe anchors and hangers have been completed.
- Inspect the surfaces and remove dust, rust, oil, paint, etc. if any.
- Measures such as heating system should be used to maintain the temperature of the construction area and application spot around 5℃ at least 24 hours prior to construction work.

Construction Method

- For HICOTE-ET mixing, mix product and water in a 1 (product): 1.3 (water) weight ratio and mix well for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Keep a distance of 30 to 60cm between the nozzle edge and the construction surface. The angle should be 90。in principle.
- Read thoroughly and be familiar with instructions in the user manual and construction manual.
